It is the intent of the principals of DMTP (Mr. West and Mr. Sherman) to continue engaging top experts and to surround themselves with a strong team of advisors as the project meets critical phasing and milestones. It is the further intention of the principals to hire the necessary top industry talent from the theme park industry for the development and operations of the park itself. An intent agreement with Peter Alexander is in place whereby Mr. Alexander will act as CEO and Project Director during the construction and development phase. In addition to Mr. Alexander's extensive credentials, those of the intended Operations Team are included as well.
